Game Terrine Pot

Game, in brandy, wine, parsley, thyme, juniper berries, garlic, served with red onion chutney, butter, toasted bread.

Walnut & Stilton v vg

Walnut halves cooked in vegetable stock shallots garlic, pearl barley, orzotto with roasted squash port sauce, side salad.

Prawn Dip

Prawns dressed with rosemary served on a bed of salad.

Mains

Turkey Dinner

Roast turkey filled with sage onion stuffing, turkey cranberry mulled wine sausage, wrapped in bacon, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal winter vegetables, and gravy.

Pheasant Breast

Locally sourced pheasant breast, wrapped in bacon, pan fried and coated in red brandy and red current sauce, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal winter vegetables, and gravy.

Salmon Dinner

Grilled Salmon fillet dill, mustard and brandy sauce, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal winter vegetables, and gravy.

Vegetarian Parsnip Pie v vg

Crafted polenta pastry, sweet roasted parsnips spinach sauce, sage onion stuffing, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal breaded vegetables cake, honey roasted carrots, parsnips and gravy.

Vegetarian Butternut Pie v gf

Hand crafted gluten free, tart with Brie Cheddar cheese, beetroot chutney, butternut squash truffle, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal breaded vegetables cake, honey roasted carrots, parsnips and gravy.

Worcester Hocci Veg Pot Pie v vg

Braised bean soya curd cooked in sea salt brine sun dried tomatoes, onions, swede, carrots, red wine pepper stock, wrapped in shortcrust pastry, served with roasted and new potatoes, seasonal breaded vegetables cake, honey roasted carrots, parsnips and gravy.
