Indonesian Organic Cuisine - is diverse, in part because Indonesia is composed of approximately 6,000 populated islands. Many regional cuisines exist, often based upon cultural and foreign influences. Indonesian cuisine varies greatly by region and has many different influences. Sumatran cuisine often has Middle Eastern and Indian influences, featuring curried meat and vegetables, while Javanese cuisine and Sundanese cuisine are more indigenous.

Prawn Soup - Prawns cooking in fish stock, parsley, ginger, finely chopped scallions, seasonings, salt pepper.
Fried Sweet Potato Balls - Smashed potatoes, sweet sauce, coconut, rolled into a ball, coated with sesame seeds, deep fried in oil till brown, served with rocket.
Beef Semur - Cubed beef, cooked in ginger, chopped scallions, candle nut, garlic, pepper, salt.
Bali Satay - Diced chicken wok fried with coconut, garlic, red chili peppers, brown sugar, corriander, kencur, lime, galanga, shrimp.
Rice - Boiled bed of white rice.
