Cuban Island Cuisine - is a fusion of Spanish, African and Caribbean cuisines. Cuban recipes share spices and techniques with Spanish and African cooking, with some Caribbean influence in spice and flavor. This results in a unique, interesting and flavorful
blend of the several different cultural influences.
Mango Mojo - Sautéed pawns sliced mangos limes onion, garlic cilantro, pan fried.
Papas Rellenas - Chopped potatoes, minced beef tomato sauces, garlic, onions wrapped in bread crumbs and fried.
Ropa Vieja - Flank steak cooked in the oven, onions, garlic, peppers, chopped tomato sauces, seasonings.
Criollo Chicken Gumdo - Diced chicken breast, smoked ham, goya adobo seasonings, tomato sauce, peppers, onions, mango garnish.
Rice - Boiled bed of white rice.
