Honolula Hawain Festival March

Get a dose of the arts, island style at the annual Honolulu Festival, a rich and vibrant blend of Asia, Pacific and Hawaiian cultures with the rest of the world.

The three day extravaganza takes place every March and features world music, dance and traditional art by performers and artists from Japan, Australia, Tahiti, Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, Hawaii and the rest of the United States.

The Festival culminates with a spectacular parade down Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, Hawaii.

Main Dishes

Pineapple Picante Pork and Cabbage -  Stir Fried Pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips rice vinegar Pace Picante Sauce minced peeled fresh ginger root pineapple chunks in juice head green cabbage, cut in quarters and very thinly sliced. £ 9.70

Sweet and Tangy Chicken - Diced chicken garlic, butter, pineapple juice, barbecue sauce onions, pepper, served on a bed of white rice. £ 9.95

Desserts

Ono Butter Mochi - Mochiko  rice white sugar eggs, butter, vanilla sweetened, flaked coconut served with cream. £ 3.95
