Peru Fine Cuisine - The three traditional staples of Peruvian cuisine are corn, potatoes, and chili. These ingredients have been combined with a number of staples brought by the Spanish,
such as rice, wheat and meat. Many traditional foods such as quinoa, kaniwa, some varieties of chili peppers, and several roots and tubers
have increased in popularity in recent decades, reflecting a revival of
interest in native Peruvian foods and culinary techniques.

Quinoa Prawn Orange Syrup - Prawn cooked in olive oil, quinoa, arrowroot, seasoned with orange, grapefruit, lemon, garlic, peppers,
served with rocket.
Tequenos - Baking Dough mixed with paprika, salt, pepper, fried with cheese strips served with rocket.
Aguasito De Poto Duck Stew - Dices Duck, cooked in garlic, coriander, chillies,
onions, paprika , peas, potatoes, beer, peppers, leeks, celery, peppers and seasonings.
Chicken Kiwicha Crust - Chicken breast cooked in kiwicha pop, parmesan
cheese, toasted sesame seed, parsley, pepper.
Rice - Creamy white sauce on a bed of white rice.
