Spanish cuisine consists of a variety of dishes, which stem from differences in geography, culture and climate. It is heavily influenced by seafood available from the waters that surround the country, and
reflects the country's deep maritime roots. Spain's
extensive history with many cultural influences has led to an array of
unique cuisines with literally thousands of recipes and flavours. It is
also renowned for its health benefits and fresh ingredients, as Mediterranean diet.
Sharting Platter
Tapas - Stuffed mussels white wine then cook onion and peppers finely and top with béchamel covered with beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.
San jacobos - Sliced ham topped with cheese roll these together dip
in the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs cook till brown served with salad dressing.
Paella - Cooked chicken and chorizo sausage in the oven, onions, garlic, artichokes, peppers, chopped tomato sauces, parsley, thyme, rosemary, seasonings.
Chicken Sherry Sauce - Diced chicken pieces cooked
until they are browned, chopped onion and ham and slice the mushrooms chopped baked in sherry sauce.
Rice - Boiled bed of white rice.
