Prawn Firecracker - King Prawns slowly wok fried with herbs and spices, served with a cool Thai cucumber relish dip.
Chicken Satay - Diced chicken cooked in the wok until golden brown, served with a homemade Thai peanut sauce dip.
Beef Stir Fry - Stir fried beef strips cooked wok, marinated with herbs and spices served in oyster sauce Thai style.
Rice Pot - Served with Thai style egg fried rice stir fried vegetables with cashew nuts.
